Office Availability

We have returned to our normal off-season hours of Monday through Wednesday from 10am to 3pm or by appointment.

You will be screened prior to entering the office.  See below for more information.

 

We still HIGHLY recommend sending documents using an alternative method.  You can choose to send documents by mail, fax, email, and secure portal uploads.  Contact us by email or phone to get set up with our secure portal.

Changes to our Office Procedures

For the safety of ourselves and our clients we are taking measures to limit our exposure during this time.  We will be open from 10am to 3pm Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (or by appointment) as long as we have no problems in our office.

We STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE to wear a mask when entering our office.  We also ask that everyone follow social distancing guidelines as much as possible. 

You will need to be screened for symptoms (asked if you have symptoms) prior to entrance.  If another customer is in the lobby when you arrive, please wait outside until they vacate the lobby entrance by going into the office or leaving the building.  When you are in the office, please maintain 6 feet of distance between you and any other patrons.

We are still happy to process everything by mail or electronically for those who choose not to come into the office.  We believe this to still be the safest option at this time.

If you are going to send us anything by mail, please be sure that you send it to The Tax Shack Inc; PO Box 316; Wauna WA 98395.  The post office does not deliver to our physical location.

We continue to regularly sanitizing door knobs, chairs, desks, writing utensils, clipboards, and any other frequently touched surface.  You will see us behind plexiglass barriers and we will utilize gloves when handling paperwork.  We will sit back from you as much as possible to maintain 6 feet of distance.  This is for the health and safety of everyone.

We are following laws and guidelines set by the state and federal authorities.  We do appreciate your business and hope you are understanding of the situation.  This is not how we normally like to do business.  Personal customer service has always been the cornerstone of our practice.  But we are a family business who cares about your family as much as ours.  It is best for all of us to take this time and keep ourselves and our families healthy in any way possible.

Remember, you will still be able to get in touch with us by email or leave phone messages and we will return your calls.  We will do everything we can to try to continue to serve you in the best ways available to us over the coming days.  Contact Us
